30-year-old dock worker sustained a crush injury to his foot. His podiatrist diagnosed him with insertional tendonitis and he was off work for two and a half months. Some of his medical bills were paid by his group health insurance. Case settled for 9% loss of use of the foot, payment of all medical bills and repayment to his group health carrier.
