Truck Driver Settles Rib Fracture After Four Foot Fall

A 58-year-old truck driver sustained seven fractured ribs and a pneumothorax after falling four feet to the ground from his truck. His case was settled for 8% loss of use of man as a whole ($26,588.80), payment of all TTD benefits and medical bills.
